Reporting a Security Vulnerability

  • Product designation

  • Product version and/or firmware version

  • Description of the issue

  • Steps required to reproduce the issue

  • Potential impact

  • Supporting documentation, screenshots or log files

Our Commitment

Upon receipt of a vulnerability report, ZED will:

  • acknowledge receipt of the report

  • assess the reported issue

  • determine appropriate corrective actions

  • maintain communication with the reporting party where appropriate

Submission of a report does not guarantee that a vulnerability exists, nor does it imply any entitlement to compensation or reward.

Responsible Disclosure

We kindly request that potential vulnerabilities be reported confidentially and are not publicly disclosed until ZED has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Scope

This process applies to security vulnerabilities relating to products and services provided by ZED Ziegler Electronic Devices GmbH.

General product support requests, warranty claims and commercial inquiries should be submitted through the standard contact channels.
